What should my baby’s first solid food be?

All the websites, apps, other people just say: “for the first time, feed your baby soft foods. The softer the better. Mix any soft food with breastmilk” Uh ok. Soft foods got it. But someone please just tell me exactly one food I should try for the very first time please lol Thank you.

I would recommend eggs, and soft veggies such as Carrots, squash, sweet potatoes, beets, mashed peas. before you introduce any sweet fruit.
